COACHES CORNER
Turning Your Life “Inside Out”
You’ve heard it before;
“If only I had the (time, money, love etc.) then I could be
(happy, peaceful or fulfilled.) Perhaps you’ve even
said it yourself. It’s called
“outside-in” thinking and it’s a great way to
keep those good feelings you seek just out of reach.
When we give power to something or someone outside of ourselves,
to create a feeling for us, we are almost inevitably doomed to
fail. True power comes from within, so try life from the
“inside-out”. When you can discover
peace, happiness or passions within yourself, your circumstances
no longer control you.
Joe Forest, Life Coach, partners with clients who
love innovation and excellence. The intention of the
“Coaches Corner” is to provoke “outside the
box” awareness and promote inspired thinking and
action.
