Czarnowski Launches Field Safety Program.
Czarnowski recently took a significant effort to make show floor safety an essential and ongoing priority with their people and the industry-at-large.   Although various show-related safety courses are offered by OSHA and various industry associations, they are often voluntary and limited in scope.  Czarnowski took the initiative to fill this void by working with a highly regarded safety expert to develop a comprehensive, first of its kind, safety and health certification program specifically for the trade show industry.

Czarnowksi delivered this program to 60 of its people in Chicago recently, and has scheduled a second session in Las Vegas on September 30.

Congratulations to everyone at Czarnowski for this important innovation!

OCCC Reminder
The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) has implemented a new Contractor Security Program for all contractors that work there.  The new program will allow the OCCC to consolidate contractor information, to better track required documentation, and to directly communicate with all of its approved contractors.   The further intention of this program is to help improve the overall security of the convention center and its guests.

The EACA has been retained by the OCCC to administer this program and to maintain an online database of registered companies.

If you have yet to register for the OCCC program, and intend to work in the facility during the next year, please do so immediately, and use the OCCC Contractor Security Agreement form.
