ATTENTION All EACA Members.    If you haven’t done so already, it’s time to renew your Contractor Security Agreement at the Orange County Convention Center.

The OCCC’s Contractor Security Agreement (CSA) must be completed by all event contractor’s that will need access to the  building to service clients during the year from August 1, 2009 to July 31, 2010.

This year’s CSA agreement includes a provision for the badging of full time and temporary personnel which the OCCC will utilize to determine which event contractors are in compliance with the facility requirement.    Another notable change for next year is that the annual registration fee for EACs has been reduced to $250.

If you haven’t renewed your agreement you can download the attached Orlando Contractor Security Agreement.   And, if you should have any additional questions feel free to email jimwurm@eaca.com.

THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK

You don't lead by pointing and telling people some place to go.   You lead by going to that place and making a case.
