The results from the EACA Sales
Tax Survey conducted on behalf
of our members clearly showed that there exists
a wide variety of ideas around Sales Tax Liability.
There are some who don’t collect sales
tax when it appears you should, and some that collect it when
appears you shouldn’t.
The EACA Board of
Directors has recommended that members do their own due
diligence as regards sales tax liability. To assist
in that process, Click on State Sales
Tax Websites link, and select the appropriate state to
obtain the most up-to-date information on sales tax liability
on a state-by-state basis.
