EACA Introduces New Post Show Reports
BEND,
OR (January 5, 2012) In its ongoing effort to provide unparalleled member
services, the EACA announced the development of Post Show Reports for the
benefit of its members.
"For
more than 10 years the EACA has been servicing major trade shows with its EAC
registration services," explained Jim Wurm, Executive Director of the
EACA. "We will now compile information that is generated as a by-product of
that service to provide our members with strategic market data that will assist
them with their planning and budgeting efforts.”
The
EACA Post Show Reports, which will be accessible by EACA members on the EACA
web site will contain the following types of information:
• Aggregate
market share for EACs
• Market
share for the top 10 EAC service providers
• Aggregate
worker man-hours for the show move-in and move-out
• Total
number of show incidents/accidents • Plus
qualitative feedback from show management, facility management and union
business reps as regards the performance of EACs on the showfloor.
The inaugural EACA Post Show Reports will be available by February 1, 2012 and
can be downloaded from the EACA web site.
The
Exhibitor Appointed Contractors Association is the tradeshow industry's only
association dedicated solely to "raising the level of service excellence
on the showfloor." The
EACA seeks to unite the nation's tradeshow community by representing and
supporting the interests of EACs and other exhibits services professionals that
work on the tradeshow floor. The association is currently comprised
of more than 200 member companies representing more than 12,500 full time trade
show professionals, and more than 45,000 part time trade show workers.
The
association is headquartered in Bend, Oregon.
